Are We Seeking Acceptance From the Wrong People?   In recent years, some Hebrew Israelites have sought to blend into mainstream Jewish spaces, even accepting roles as rabbis or leaders in synagogues. While this might seem like a step toward “recognition,” it’s actually a step away from truth. The modern Jewish religious system is not the faith of our forefathers — and aligning with it is nothing more than returning to man-made traditions that Yahushua Himself opposed. Mainstream Judaism, with its Talmudic laws and rabbinic authority, is not Torah living. It is a man-made religion, just as corrupted as Christianity. So why are some of our brothers and sisters seeking validation from them? Are we trying to gain acceptance from the very system that denies our identity and rewrote our history?   The Problem With Seeking Mainstream Validation   When Hebrew Israelites enter mainstream Jewish spaces, they are not being celebrated as the true Israel — they are being absorbed into a false religious narrative. Mainstream Jewish groups do not recognize us as the true Israelites. They often label Hebrew Israelites as “fringe” or “cults,” even though Scripture confirms who we are (Deuteronomy 28, Jeremiah 17:4). We end up adopting their traditions instead of YAH’s commands. Many Jewish institutions place heavy emphasis on Talmudic laws, which add to or even replace the Torah (Deuteronomy 4:2). It creates confusion among our people. When we seek validation from those who deny Yahushua as the Messiah and reject Torah truth, we send the message that their path is righteous — when it is not. We were never called to fit into their system — we were called to stand apart. (See our book, The Path: Of Righteousness) YAH’s People Were Never Supposed to Assimilate   The Scriptures repeatedly warn us against joining with other nations and adopting their ways: “Learn not the way of the heathen…”— Jeremiah 10:2 “Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it…”— Deuteronomy 4:2 Mainstream Judaism, much like Christianity, has replaced YAH’s commandments with traditions of men — exactly what Yahushua condemned: “Thus have ye made the commandment of YAHUAH of none effect by your tradition.”— Matthew 15:6 By joining their institutions, Hebrew Israelites risk compromising the purity of the Torah and becoming entangled in the very traditions we are commanded to reject. (See our book, The Chosen Seed: Predestination) The False Standard of Modern Judaism   Modern Judaism is not the faith of Moses, David, or the prophets. It is a rabbinic religion that elevates the Talmud — a set of man-made commentaries — above the written Torah. Many of their customs, such as the Kabbalah and mystical practices, have pagan origins. Why would we, as the true children of Israel, seek approval from those who aren’t even walking in YAH’s true commandments? “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…”— Hosea 4:6 When we turn to them for validation, we are essentially saying we don’t believe YAH’s word that already defines who we are. The Danger of Spiritual Compromise   By accepting roles or positions in mainstream Jewish institutions: We compromise our true identity as Hebrew Israelites We risk teaching their traditions over YAH’s commandments We water down the message of truth in order to gain human recognition YAH has called us to be a set-apart nation, not a people seeking acceptance from the world. This is exactly what got Israel into trouble throughout the Scriptures — desiring to be like the nations rather than remaining distinct and holy. (See our book, The Chosen Seed: Predestination) Our Role Is to Lead, Not Follow   The Most High is restoring His people to lead the nations in truth, not to bow down to man-made religions or traditions. We are the priests, the chosen people, and the light to the world (Isaiah 42:6). Yahushua Himself was rejected by the religious elite of His day because He refused to follow their traditions. Why would we seek the same approval He rejected? “Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.”— Luke 6:26 We are not supposed to blend in — we are supposed to stand apart. Stop Seeking Validation From the World   The Most High has already chosen and validated us. We don’t need recognition from mainstream Jewish groups, synagogues, or rabbis who deny our Messiah and distort our heritage. “Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins…”— Revelation 18:4 It is time for Hebrew Israelites to stop seeking approval from a world that will never recognize the truth. Our validation comes from YAH alone. Our mission is not to integrate into their religious structures but to restore the covenant truth to our people and prepare for the Kingdom.
