Rituals of the Red Rose: How Valentine’s Day Reflects Babylonian and Satanic Worship

Valentine’s Day is Not a Day of Love, But a Ritual in Disguise

What many call a day of “love” is, in fact, a Satanic inversion of biblical holiness. Valentine’s Day is one of many pagan observances sanitized by modern culture, but still rooted in ancient Babylonian worship systems. Like Christmas and Easter, it cloaks demonic rituals in romantic sentiment.

“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil…”Isaiah 5:20 KJV

The red roses, heart symbols, cherubs, and obsession with carnal love are not biblical. They are part of a spiritual blueprint crafted to seduce the masses into idolatry—especially the children of Israel.

Babylon is the Root of False Worship and Idolatrous Love

The ancient kingdom of Babylon was known for its sexual immorality, idolatry, fertility rituals, and occult practices. These same elements are present in the roots of Valentine’s Day:

  • Ishtar, the Babylonian goddess of love and war, was honored with temple prostitution and orgiastic rituals.

  • Her festivals were celebrated in the spring, and often involved symbolic blood, roses, and sacrificial rites.

  • The symbol of the heart, commonly used today, is a stylized version of the female anatomy, originally linked to fertility worship.

These rituals traveled from Babylon to Greece (Aphrodite), then Rome (Venus and Eros), and finally into the Catholic Church, who merged them with the martyr legend of “Saint Valentine.”

“And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS…”Revelation 17:5 KJV

Valentine’s Day is not separate from Babylon—it is an extension of it, rebranded for modern minds.

Luciferian Philosophy: Do What Thou Wilt… in the Name of Love

The Luciferian doctrine, embraced by many modern occultists, is rooted in the teachings of figures like Aleister Crowley, who openly declared:

“Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.”

This ideology glorifies self-gratification, rebellion, and indulgence—which are all promoted by Valentine’s Day:

  • Encouragement of lust without commitment

  • Elevation of emotion over obedience

  • Normalization of fornication and adultery

Even Anton LaVey, founder of the Church of Satan, acknowledged that holidays like Valentine’s Day are useful to Satanists, saying:

“Christian holidays like Halloween, Christmas, and yes, Valentine’s Day are opportunities for us [Satanists] to laugh at the gullibility of the masses…” — paraphrased from The Satanic Bible

This confirms that Valentine’s Day operates on Satanic principles, even if disguised with candy and flowers.

The Luciferian Rose is a symbol of the Fallen Light

The rose—a dominant symbol on Valentine’s Day—is deeply significant in Luciferian and Masonic traditions:

  • In the occult, the red rose represents sacrifice, secrecy, and initiation into hidden knowledge.

  • The term “sub rosa”, meaning “under the rose,” refers to sworn secrecy in occult circles.

  • In Luciferian doctrine, the rose symbolizes Lucifer’s beauty and fall, mimicking the light bearer.

This is not coincidental. The red rose represents both blood and seduction, two central themes of ancient and modern Satanic worship.

“For Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.”2 Corinthians 11:14 KJV

This verse reminds us that Satan’s greatest tactic is deception, appearing beautiful and attractive, just like Valentine’s Day.

Connections to Child Sacrifice and the Spirit of Molech

While this may sound extreme, the spirit behind Valentine’s Day also mirrors Molech worship:

  • In ancient times, Molech was worshipped with sexual rites and child sacrifice, often during springtime fertility celebrations.

  • Valentine’s Day promotes early sexualization, especially in schools, where children are encouraged to engage in flirtation and love themes at a young age.

  • The red heart and arrow are a perverse mimicry of blood covenants and spiritual possession.

“Thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech…”Leviticus 18:21 KJV

While we may not see literal child sacrifice, the destruction of purity, innocence, and ELOHIM’s order through these traditions serves the same spiritual purpose.

Why Hebrew Israelites Must Reject Valentine’s Day

As a set-apart people, Hebrew Israelites are commanded to walk in truth, not follow the ways of the nations. Observing Valentine’s Day is not neutral—it is an act of rebellion against the Most High.

“Ye shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.”Deuteronomy 12:8 KJV

By participating in Satanic feast days, we:

  • Violate YAHUAH’s commandments

  • Open spiritual doors to confusion and oppression

  • Join ourselves to traditions that honor Lucifer

Instead, we are called to guard our hearts, instruct our families, and rejoice in YAH’s appointed times, not those of Babylon.

Love YAH, Not the World

“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world…”1 John 2:15 KJV

Valentine’s Day is not about love—it is about counterfeit affection, lust, and the Luciferian agenda. It is another way the enemy has repurposed ancient demonic rituals into modern celebrations to entrap Israel.

The righteous must take a bold stand, educate our people, and replace pagan traditions with the pure truth of YAHUAH’s Word.
