The Deceptive Wide Path
We live in a time where religious pluralism and spiritual shortcuts are everywhere. Most churches teach that “faith alone” will secure your place in the Kingdom. But is that what Scripture truly says?
YAHUSHUA warned us clearly:
“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”
— Matthew 7:13–14 (KJV)
The Kingdom is not for everyone who simply believes. It is for those who believe in YAHUAH, follow YAHUSHUA, and obey the Torah. This is the narrow way—and few find it.
Belief in YAHUAH: The Foundation of Covenant
The first commandment YAH gave to Israel was not to believe in a “god,” but to believe in Him by Name:
“Hear, O Israel: YAHUAH our Elohim is one YAHUAH.”
— Deuteronomy 6:4 (KJV)
The world uses vague titles like “God,” “Lord,” or “Jehovah.” But these are not His Name. The sacred Name revealed to Moshe was יהוה (YHWH), often transliterated as YAHUAH.
Belief in YAHUAH is not merely acknowledgment of a higher power—it is covenant recognition. He is not one of many; He is the only true Elohim.
“I am YAHUAH: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another.”
— Isaiah 42:8 (KJV)
YAHUAH is the covenant name tied to Israel, and no one can be in covenant without recognizing who He is.
Faith in YAHUSHUA: The Door to Redemption
Many claim to follow “Jesus,” but the true name of the Messiah is YAHUSHUA, meaning “YAH is salvation.” He is the only door to the Father:
“YAHUSHUA saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
— John 14:6 (KJV)
YAHUSHUA came in His Father’s Name:
“I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not.”
— John 5:43 (KJV)
He did not bring a new religion; He came to restore and redeem Israel. His mission was never to abolish the law or replace the Father—it was to fulfill prophecy, bear our iniquities, and call Israel back to righteousness.
“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name YAHUSHUA: for he shall save his people from their sins.”
— Matthew 1:21 (KJV)
Faith in YAHUSHUA is not lip service. It is active trust in the one who lived, taught, died, and rose again—so that Israel might live.
Torah Obedience: The Sign of True Love
Modern Christianity claims, “The law is done away with.” But YAHUSHUA said the opposite:
“Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.”
— Matthew 5:17 (KJV)
To fulfill is to live it out perfectly—not to cancel it.
“If ye love me, keep my commandments.”
— John 14:15 (KJV)
“And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.”
— 1 John 2:3 (KJV)
Torah obedience is the sign of a true believer. It is not legalism—it is loyalty. The same way a wife keeps the vows of her husband, the bride of YAHUSHUA keeps His laws.
“For not the hearers of the law are just before Elohim, but the doers of the law shall be justified.”
— Romans 2:13 (KJV)

The Threefold Cord: YAHUAH + YAHUSHUA + Torah
Ecclesiastes tells us:
“A threefold cord is not quickly broken.”
— Ecclesiastes 4:12 (KJV)
The path to the Kingdom is a threefold cord:
Faith in YAHUAH
Faith in YAHUSHUA
Obedience to the Torah
Remove one, and the whole walk collapses. Many believe in a god and a messiah, but reject the law. Others accept Torah but reject the Son. And some know the names, but live in sin.
All three must be joined. This is the narrow way.

Christianity’s Deception: Faith Without Obedience
Christianity has taught for centuries that faith alone is enough. But Scripture warns us:
“For there are certain men crept in unawares… turning the grace of our Elohim into lasciviousness.”
— Jude 1:4 (KJV)
They misuse grace as a license to sin.
“Do we then make void the law through faith? Elohim forbid: yea, we establish the law.”
— Romans 3:31 (KJV)
“What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? Elohim forbid.”
— Romans 6:1–2 (KJV)
YAHUSHUA did not die so we could trample His commandments—He died so we could be forgiven and restored to keep them.

The Kingdom Requirements: Who Will Enter?
The Book of Revelation tells us exactly who enters the Kingdom:
“Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of Elohim, and the faith of YAHUSHUA.”
— Revelation 14:12 (KJV)
“Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.”
— Revelation 22:14 (KJV)
Not everyone who believes will enter:
“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father.”
— Matthew 7:21 (KJV)
Obedience is the standard—not confession alone.
The Danger of Picking and Choosing
Modern religion has become a buffet line: take what you like, ignore what you don’t. But Scripture condemns this attitude.
“And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”
— Matthew 7:23 (KJV)
The word “iniquity” is lawlessness. YAHUSHUA will reject those who lived without Torah—no matter what they claimed to believe.
YAHUSHUA Taught Torah
YAHUSHUA kept every Feast Day. He honored the Sabbath. He wore tzitzit. He taught Torah every day of His ministry.
“Lo, I come… to do thy will, O Elohim.”
— Hebrews 10:7 (KJV)
And He commands us to walk just like He did:
“He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.”
— 1 John 2:6 (KJV)
YAHUSHUA never started a new religion. He walked the ancient paths. We are called to do the same.

Walk the Narrow Path Now
The Kingdom is not promised to everyone. It is promised to those Isealites who believe in YAHUAH, trust in YAHUSHUA, and obey the Torah. (See our book, The Path: Of Righteousness)
This is the narrow way. It is not easy. It is not popular. But it is the only way.
“Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.”
— Revelation 3:11 (KJV)
Now is the time to choose. Will you walk the narrow path—or follow the crowd down the wide road?
